Chris Lander has had a rich spiritual life since he was quite young. It’s been an amazing journey that’s involved many teachers, mentors, experiences. Extensive time in nature has also been an integral part of his journey from a very early age. He's lived in the mountains of Wyoming and Idaho for the past 40 years. The radical and profound nature of non dual “awakeness” is the central focus of his life.
Artist Statement
I love the process of creating. Whether it’s working with wood, metal, or water colors - or conversation, writing and movement, what is most fulfilling is the flow when there is spontaneity in the creativity. I’ve been doing abstract drawings since I was quite young. I love the interesting and joyful process of visually expressing what I feel. There has always been the sense that I’m representing other energetic realities. I rarely share these images and I’m very happy to do it here!
