Our sense of self is the most essential tool we have for living. Everything we can, and cannot do is determined by our sense of self.

A strong sense of self has each of the following qualities:

  • the equanimity to remain calm under pressure
  • the confident willingness to take responsible risks
  • the sensitivity to perceive circumstances clearly

When our sense of self has these positive qualities, we can fulfill our intentions and build the life we want.

Unfortunately, many of us don’t have such a positive and solid sense of self.

Though the difficulties of life, we developed ideas about ourselves that do not support us to thrive, and can even sabotage our best efforts to be happy.

In this workshop, you will discover how to transform your sense of self and develop the qualities of equanimity, confidence and sensitivity that you need to live an amazing life.

During this 90min session, Susan Kullman will unravel the complexities of the self, exploring how each layer of who we are gets set in place, and how negative aspects of our self can be transcended and ultimately transformed.

You will learn that changing our patterns of emotional reactivity is the key to lasting transformation.

Susan will share techniques that allow you to neutralize and release the negative emotional charge around situations so you can change your habitual patterns of behavior.

The miracle of Self-Transformation is that you don’t need to just do the best you can with what you've got.

You can change who you are so deeply, that you feel and act like a different person.

If you want to discover how real self transformation occurs, please take this free online workshop.

The cognitive work of spiritual practices like meditation is not always enough to unleash the full flowering of our awakened potential. Sometimes we also need to work through emotional and physical constrictions to clear our path to higher awareness. This is the nature of the work you will do with Susan Kullman. Susan has an extensive background in a wide range of practices that open our bodies and restore our physical, emotional and psychical balance. Working with Susan will open your body, your heart, and your mind, to the energetic life force that animates you and all of existence. The work Susan does is body-centered, but not necessarily in the way you might typically think. The Greek word 'somatics' can translate as bodywork, but it is not limited to the physical manipulation of the body. Somatics means exploring and reorienting to the inner experience of being embodied. w: intentionalwellnessandyogacenter.com
