The Path of Transdimensional Spirituality program is the fruition of thirty years of devoted spiritual work, twenty of which have been dedicated to teaching. Over all of that time I have continued to explore and grow through spiritual practices of all types. I have been blessed with many dramatic spiritual experiences including energetic kundalini awakenings, days of constant awareness, expansion into cosmic consciousness, lucid dreams, divine intervention, and Self realization.

Throughout those years I was an avid student of my own experience as well as the many great spiritual, mystical, and philosophical traditions that offered wisdom to understand it all. I experimented with practices, worked with teachers, and communed with kindred souls.

About a year ago I realized that it was time to take the best of everything that I had learned and experienced and put it together into a spiritual teaching that could be followed by others. I wanted to outline the ideas and practices that proved most transformative for me and explain them in a way that could help other people to retrace my steps and find the same miraculous freedom that I feel so committed to sharing.

I call that work the path of transdimensional spirituality and it is the subject of my soon to be released book, Transdimensional Spirituality: Cultivating Mystical Vision and Illuminating the Soul . This 12-week program is an opportunity to work with me in an exploration of the ideas and practices explained in the book in a methodical way that allows you to liberate yourself from the limited sense of self, discover your true self, and develop the mystical vision that allows that higher self to manifest in the world.

In this program you work with seven insights that accelerate awakening.

  • How the limitations of ordinary life initiate us onto the path.
  • How surrender of our identity is possible and why it is necessary for higher growth.
  • How to engage in practices that allow us to rest in the Source of awareness.
  • How the path continues beyond resting in the bliss of Source.
  • How to awaken the deep Soul perception of mystical vision within us.
  • How to build form and substance around higher dimensional realities.
  • How to share the invisible realms of spirit in ways that others can recognize.

I feel like I’ve been preparing for this program for the past 30 years and now I am ready to offer it. We will have 12-weeks together that includes four x 5-hour retreats and 60 x 1-hour attunement sessions. That is a total of 80 hours of engaged spiritual work together. Seeing higher possibilities is wonderful, but spending enough time in them to anchor yourself is much more important. This program is structured to give a high degree of consistency of engagement together so we can fully enter and explore the higher dimensions of reality long enough to establish ourselves in them.

This will be a life changing event. It offers a rare depth of initiation into a path of spiritual work that is built on the wisdom of spiritual traditions from the East and the West. This transdimensional journey will take us from the gross realm of our ordinary waking consciousness, through the subtle realms of the Soul, into the pure awareness of Source. From there we will return back through the subtle realms, and now we will have our inner senses wide open and the creative power of mystical vision will guide a new life on Earth.

I created The Path of Transdimensional Spirituality because I wanted to build a space where we could practice tools and techniques that would cultivate authentic and fulfilling relationships, including the relationship we have with ourself, others, and life itself. When we develop the skills needed to express ourselves safely and authentically, we create a level of intimacy, freedom, and compassion that is truly life transforming. By developing our capacity to listen to another without feeling that we might lose ourselves in the process, or take what they are saying personally, we create the space for others to see themselves and be authentic with us. Fundamentally we will learn to let go of an approach to life that focuses on fixing relationships and discover how to allow the process of relating to move through us naturally.

Program Description
The path of transdimensional spirituality that we will explore in this program is depicted in the illustration. The path begins in the bottom left side of the illustration in our ordinary life on Earth within the Gross dimensions of being. The journey of first surrender takes us through the subtle dimensions and finally into the causal dimension of being. The return trip begins with a second surrender that brings us back through the subtle dimensions to Earth. Our life on Earth is now transformed by a third surrender in which we embrace a life devoted to the creative expression of the higher mysteries we have discovered.
Program Schedule
This program is divided into three transformative modules, each containing 1 x 5-hour virtual retreat with Jeff Carreira; and 4 x weeks of 60-min daily attuenment sessions, Monday to Friday with Jeff Carreira.

Module One:
First Surrender: The Attainment of Inner Freedom
Retreat: Saturday, March 9th, 2024 @ 11:00am - 4:00pm US Eastern Time.
The path of transdimensional spirituality begins with the first surrender in which the Earthbound human identity falls away and our awareness passes from the material reality of the gross realm through the subtle realms of being and ultimately into casual oneness. The only spiritual work of our Earthbound human identity is surrender, and that means giving up control of the spiritual process and allowing yourself to be swept up in a transformation beyond your control. In this intensive program you will learn to trust the Divine more than the power of our own willful effort. You will experience how your spiritual work accelerates when you stop trying to control your spiritual destiny and allow your spiritual karma to unwind naturally.
Elements we will explore in depth:
  • Practices of Conscious Contentment
    The initial practices that we engage with in the first surrender all lead toward an inner state of conscious contentment. These practices, in one form or another, always involve maintaining an inner stance of radical acceptance of whatever is and whatever will be. In spiritual practice this results in a total release of preference and effort. You will realize that you cannot even imagine where the process is leading and therefore you are powerless to guide it. At the same time you will experience an inner transformation that can be completely trusted.
  • Self-Forgetting
    The spiritual work of first surrender comes to its completion with a process of self-forgetting in which the attention of the Earthbound self begins to wander away from its familiar sense of identity. In your spiritual practice you find that you are gradually forgetting who you are, where you are, and what you are doing. You will discover true inner peace and a natural sense of contentment regardless of circumstance.
  • Luminous Absorption
    The state of peaceful emptiness that you attain through the process of self-forgetting liberates you from embeddedness in the separate sense of identity. Your experience in practice will become very deep as you enter a free-floating state of pure nonconceptual being called luminous absorption. You will find it easy to let go and when your practice is complete you will often discover that you have no memory of anything happening. A deep sense of fullness and existential satisfaction will grow within you.

Module Two:
Second Surrender: Attuning to Higher Dimensions of Reality
Retreat: Saturday, April 6th, 2024 @ 11:00am - 4:00pm US Eastern Time.
After entering the emptiness of self-forgetting and experiencing the bliss of luminous absorption we will explore higher dimensions of being on our return to embodied human existence. Our awareness is now free from entanglement with the identity of the separate sense of self and begins to expand beyond the limits of human perception. The second surrender means allowing subtle experiences to unfold before us. It takes a powerful presence of mind to allow this process to happen because there is an ever-present temptation to pull back, stop the process, and return to the familiarity of our normal consciousness.
Elements we will explore in depth:
  • Mystical Vision
    As we embark on the return journey through the subtle realms the state of luminous absorption opens into a new sense of mystical vision. This awakening of perception brings our attention into direct contact with the reality that lies beyond the perceptual limits of our familiar identity. As we enter into deeper communion with our Soul, we gain the capacity to see the invisible in mysterious ways. In this module you will discover that the experience of entering the mystical vision feels like falling asleep while remaining fully awake. We return from these journeys with vague memories of miraculous possibilities.
  • Transdimensional Illumination
    Transdimensional illumination is a form of spiritual hermeneutics that occurs after attention has been released into communion with the perceptual capacities of the Soul self and mystical vision becomes active. The Soul sensations of mystical vision must be interpreted before they can be perceived and understood in the same way that the physical sensations of the Earthbound self must be interpreted in forms that can be perceived and understood. The visions of the Soul are invisible to the Earthbound mind. The process of representing the invisible in forms that can be perceived by the mind is transdimensional illumination. This is the process that allows the Soul to fulfill its deep longing for divine union with Source by illuminating and realizing all of the hidden potentials within it.

Module Three:
Third Surrender: Manifesting the Impossible on Earth
Retreat: Saturday, May 4th, 2024 @ 11:00am - 4:00pm US Eastern Time.
Some of those who are called into the spiritual service of the Soul are asked to enter a third level of surrender, this time to return from the subtle realms back into the material realm of Earth for the sake of communicating the realities that have been discovered with others. Those who are called in this way become artists of possibility who intentionally merge with the sensibilities of the Soul self and then skillfully create expressions of what they discover. This final surrender fulfills the needs of the Soul by actualizing higher dimensions in material forms. At the same time it serves life on Earth by mapping pathways that can be traveled back through the higher dimensions of the subtle realms and back to the casual Source of existence.
Elements we will explore in depth:
  • Transdimensional Creation
    Transdimensional realization occurs as the higher wisdom that emerges through mystical vision is represented and expressed in symbolic forms that can be communicated as literature, art, music, philosophy, or any other way that can be seen and understood by others. This is an iterative process of interpretation, a skill that must be developed, until the expressions of the invisible that are created become so clear and powerfully rendered that they can ignite the higher states they represent in the hearts and minds of others. This is the work of an artist of possibility who shares the hidden inner potentials of subtle realities back on Earth to uplift and spiritualize the gross realms.
