In this final year of transformation workshop we will explore the all important cycle of spiritual release and integration. This year has felt profoundly transformative for many of us. Over the course of the year we have been working together to track and support our transformative process. We will discover that the transformative process includes breakthrough and release, but equally important is the process of integration. We might mistakenly imagine that the goal of spiritual work is to have a breakthrough experience that becomes a permanent abidance. In this workshop we will explore the nature of spiritual integration and the mechanism through which our breakthrough experiences become incorporated into our background of awareness.
