In the midst of this holiday season, you are invited to join me on a journey to the source of awareness, our infinite and eternal home. In this guided mediation we will follow the thread of awareness back to its source and journey inward to discover who we were before we were born. From that majestic vantage-point it will be clear that we were not born on our birthdays, we are continuously born in each and every moment from a place that exists beyond time and space. This meditation will open us to the mysterious essence of life, a place of pure innocence where nothing can ever be known.
