I am having a difficulty carrying out the instructions in the recording, as at elementary school age as I was "separated" from my parents for the greater part, and when I was with them I can't seem to get any impression of enmeshment. I tried doing the emotional enmeshment visualization tonight and I found it extremely difficult to get into it. A lot of resistance came up about connecting to the enmeshed parent. The two needs that came up for me were a sense of agency and emotional sovereignty. In my mind these did not fit into the category of survival needs even though they felt really vital to me. Before this course started I began to do the course you offered in the Mystery School in 2018: "Transforming Limiting Beliefs". I had listened to the Sacred Geometry recording from that program. It was shorter and more succinct and I was wondering if we could use that one instead of the longer version in this course. Thanks
