An Interview with Lady Didyasarin Taveldiku- /
In this issue we take a look at the close relationship that exists between artist endeavors and the growth and health of the human spirit. The artists featured in this issue are all visual artists, but the wisdom they share can easily be extended to all forms of art. One of the themes that each artist spoke about was how art helped them transcend limitations and expand into a wider vision of what is possible.
We spoke with Christopher J. Miller about his understanding of spiritual artistry and how the arts can bring our deeper spiritual essence into focus on the canvas. Mark Nara spoke to us about the role that tattoo art can play both in creating a sense of belonging in a wider reality and as a navigational tool of the spirit. Lady Didyasarin Taveldiku shares intimately about how art initially gave her an outlet to express her pain and later helped her develop a higher vision for her life. We are also featuring an article by Amy Edelstein about her impressions of a recent visit to Alex and Alyson Grey’s artist sanctuary, the Chapel of Sacred Mirrors.
Lastly you will find artistic contributions from some of the members of The Mystery School.
We hope you enjoy the issue.
