In this program I want you to see how your body can become a tool for generating greater Self-Knowledge through awareness and vulnerability. Reorienting to our bodies in the ways you will explore in this program unlocks tremendous potential for higher consciousness and greater spiritual awakening.
In our culture we are taught to approach life through our minds. That means that we use ideas and concepts to view the world through. This habit of conceptualization is extended to ourselves and the things we feel. As powerful as conceptualization is, it is also limited. There are aspects of who we are that become distorted through our ideas or simply cannot be reached by the mind.
Over these 12 weeks you will explore the profound wisdom that is contained in your body. You will learn to understand what your feelings are telling you, work with your body to release trapped potentials and become more fully yourself. In this course vulnerability means becoming more intimately connected with who you are.
By the end of the program you will discover what your feelings are telling you and where you are in your process. You will have explored how to move through the tensions of trapped potential. Your body will naturally become more aligned and your mind will naturally become more coherent as you fully integrate and become more fully yourself. In each live session, Susan will guide an emotional exploration exercise that will reveal the unique soul's gift that always lies behind each of the primary emotions of anger, fear, sadness, frustration, disappointment, embarrassment, and envy. These explorations will illuminate each of four general aspects of our emotional experience.
- Signals that indicate the presence of the emotion.
- Practices that allow us to move through the emotion.
- Catalysts that reveal the underlying cause of the emotion.
- The evolutionary rewards gained by effectively processing the emotion.

- Reframing the primary emotions to expose the gifts within uncomfortable emotions.

- Recapturing our sense of wholeness through awakening our somatic intelligence.

In this session we will explore:
- Exploring Spiritual Forgiveness: freeing ourselves from energies that bind us.
- Understanding Neuroscience and Neuroplasticity.
- How to unravel habits of mind by establishing new patterns of movement.

In this session we will explore:
- Exploring the pain cycles of the brain, especially the pain cycle of self judgement and shame.
- Seeing physical and emotional addictions as well grooved patterns of mind.
- How to re-pattern your mind for increased relaxation and pleasure.

In this session we will explore:
- Unleashing the power of vulnerability.
- Opening up to the energy of the cosmos and connecting with the life force within.
- Getting comfortable with the unknown and the dramatic expansion of possibility.
- Living with an ongoing sense of abundance, joy, and gratitude.
