In this hourlong online event you will explore two key secrets of attaining excellence and authentic power - effortless action and spontaneous intuition. We can become competent at anything by learning to follow the rules accurately, but excellence implies something beyond merely knowing how to do something.

A master painter creates a work of genius, but a copy of that work does not contain the same brilliance. A master chef can create a perfect meal, but at home with a cookbook, you will not necessarily create the same quality.

The first thing you will explore in this event is that excellence and mastery emerge out of a new perception. You can only achieve excellence with a profound and subtle awareness of the lived experience of the moment. A master is not following a recipe, they are simply being sensitive to what is being called for in the moment. They learn to follow the spontaneously arising guidance of intuition and follow only that.

The second thing you will explore is the nature of true power. Power is not strength against resistance. True power becomes available once we have transcended our resistance. Power is the ability to manifest things, circumstances, and events. When our intention is deep we become clear beyond any sense of resistance and we gain access to extraordinary reserves of true power.

In this event, KD Meyers and I will discuss our own experience of effortless action and spontaneous intuition and show you how these two qualities inevitably lead to excellence in any endeavor we engage them in. We will draw upon our specific areas of expertise in meditation and yoga respectively, to demonstrate how you can learn to attain true mastery in your own practice.
