How is the course delivered?

We want you to get you started as fast as possible, so right after you sign up you will receive your welcome email with access to the online course portal which is where all the course materials are found.

It is best to do this course in a time frame that will allow you to build momentum, without being so tight that you feel stressed and overloaded. I suggest you take two days to do each session.

Every 2 days you will receive an email reminding you to listen to the next session's audio teaching and to work with the session's questions. A second email will be sent the day after the first, to remind you to meditate using the guided meditation practice. In this way, you will receive a reminder email everyday for 18 days, 2 per session, to support you to successfully complete the program.

Can I do the course on my own schedule or do I have to show up at certain times?

The course is self directed so you can listen to the audios whenever works best for you. Though we suggest taking it over 18 days if you can. Please see 'How is the course delivered' above for details. Once you register, you have lifetime access to all of the course materials.

Do I need any special hardware or software to participate?

No. All you need is access to the internet to both receive and open emails, and access the online course portal.

How long is the course?

This course includes 2.5 hours of audio recordings, broken into nine sessions. It is suggested you take the course over 18 days, focusing on one session every 2 days. Although you will receive a reminder email each day for 18 days directing you where to focus that day, you can of course work through the material at your own pace as well.

Can I download the audios?
