How To Use This Deck

• Sit quietly, allowing the anchor of your inhalation and exhalation to settle and calm you. Reflect on a question that is on your mind or heart.
• Lay the cards out in front of you or hold the deck in your hand and choose one card that you feel drawn to.
• Pause then read the card slowly, allowing yourself to be open to new insights and to how the card relates to your question at this moment in time.
