Geesje Stroo
Geesje Stroo grew up on the coast of the island of Walcheren in Zeeland in the southwest of The Netherlands. She traveled extensively to India and South Africa, and lived in the United States for seven years. She worked as a visual arts teacher in Holland, and her life experience gained in that work paralleled another core facet of her life, the development of consciousness, or the spiritual path.
After she began Buddhist meditation and consciousness development forty years ago, a path unfolded that took her to evolutionary spirituality and, in the last decade, to We-Space groups.
Together with other pioneers, she continued to search, both at home and abroad, for opportunities to translate new insights into a more soul-oriented education that dares to step out of the matrix of excessive cognitive bias and endless pressure. A soul-oriented education guides children to deeply know themselves, to explore and understand universal laws for an evolved humanity and a healthy planet. Her passion is to bring to education a richer humanity, learning from life itself and one’s own experience.
