Each moment of every day holds the opportunity for a fresh start.
A new beginning to propel us past the sterile and mundane.
And yet, for reasons often beyond our understanding,
We choose not to hear the fervent call to be free.
We resist and quietly take refuge in the comfort of the familiar.
Until the day, perhaps driven by life’s trials, we muster the courage
to re-examine why we’ve clung so tightly to the false safety of the ordinary.
What persistent excuses seem to have the loudest voice?
Fear of the unknown, of failing, of being different,
or maybe it’s a perceived lack of time, energy, or money?
All outer distractions that may have served us in the past,
Now rob us of a more profound sense of being.
Digging deeper still, we open to a space of new possibility,
where we might ask the question “What Stirs the Soul”?
What inspires us most? What are we intensely passionate about,
that fills and enlivens the heart, and brings tears of joy?
In our time here, what purpose is still yearning to be borne?
What makes us feel truly alive and whole again,
and re-connects us with our Divine essence?
There’s no need for us to wait for another moment in time,
The time is right… right now,
for us to accept the invitation graciously extended.
Claim it, embrace it – it’s yours, and always has been.
The moment you’ve been waiting for…. is waiting for you!
