Rudy Rucker’s The Fourth Dimension: Toward a Geometry of Higher Reality offers a comprehensive and highly accessible exploration of the nature of higher dimensions from a mathematical, and phenomenological viewpoint. I knew I wanted to speak with Rudy when we first discussed the theme of this issue. Over the course of my contact with him I learned that he is the author of a number of works of non-fiction, as well as numerous short stories and novels. During our interview we had the chance to cover a great deal of his fascinating work.
